FOVO Thermal ceramic fiber modules feature a pre-compressed design (compression ratio 30–45%), creating a seamless monolithic lining after installation that effectively eliminates gaps from fiber shrinkage and prevents heat short-circuiting. Modules are secured to the furnace shell with stainless steel anchors with excellent resistance to gas flow erosion. 1430°C (zirconia-containing) modules are manufactured at 220 kg/m³ density; 1600°C (polycrystalline mullite) modules at 180 kg/m³ density — balancing insulation performance with rapid response requirements.

Installation Overview
- Weld anchors to the furnace shell according to layout

- For 1430°C applications with standard thermal cycling, 220 kg/m³ density provides optimal balance of insulation and mechanical strength.
- Select the most appropriate product based on actual operating temperature and thermal cycling requirements — neither over-specify and waste budget, nor under-specify and shorten service life.
