Production Process (Simplified)
High-purity ceramic fiber bulk material.
Pneumatic press compresses fibers into block shape.
Stainless steel anchors are inserted and secured.
Shrink-wrapped, labeled, and boxed.
Accessories
Placed between shell and modules for insulation and stress buffering.
Fills gaps between modules to compensate thermal expansion and prevent heat shortcuts.

In addition to standard 300×300×300 modules, we offer large prefabricated blocks and complete furnace roof modules – designed to reduce on‑site installation time and improve furnace integrity. Custom sizes available upon request.
